Rev. George C. Miller III is a passionate pastor, educator, and coach dedicated to helping people walk through the doors God opens. A 2002 graduate of Morehouse College, he also holds advanced degrees in ministry and business leadership. He serves as Lead Pastor of Open Door Church in Augusta, Georgia, and teaches Social Studies at Westminster Schools of Augusta, where he also coaches middle school football. A gifted communicator and visionary leader, Rev. Miller blends biblical insight with real-life wisdom to inspire faith, family, 

and forward movement. He is the host of the Open Door: Faith. Family. Forward. podcast and author of the upcoming book The Door God Opens: Trusting His Yes, Surviving His No!. Above all, he is a devoted husband and father who believes that faith begins at home.

Pastor Cheri V. Miller is a dynamic teacher, encourager, and worship leader whose heart beats for seeing people discover freedom and purpose in Christ. She serves alongside her husband as Co-Pastor of Open Door Church in Augusta, Georgia, and is also a dedicated educator who brings her love for teaching into every area of ministry. Cheri is known for her authenticity, compassion, and practical teaching that connects faith to everyday life. Her ministry emphasizes prayer, spiritual growth, and emotional healing through God’s Word. Whether in the classroom, at the altar, or in conversation, she seeks to remind people that God’s love always makes room for restoration.
